WILD FAILURE

This a collection of short stories, by one of my favorite authors, is hyped by the press as feminist and queer. I would say it’s more important that they are fresh, raw, insightful, entertaining, and really well written, reminding us what it’s like to deal with confused feelings, difficult choices and a lack of purpose. By the way, my favorite of Whitall’s novels is The Best Kind of People. If you haven’t read it, I strongly suggest you do.
